About the Role

You will be our first Sales Consultant and as such the world is truly your oyster. Supported by your own efforts, our lead gen team and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for presenting to Product Managers and senior decision makers at Software companies globally.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Owning the sales process and performance metrics
• Outbound sales
• Lead generation & research
• Writing targeted, professional emails to prospective clients
• Tracking progress using the company CRM
• Scheduling & delivering amazing online demos
• Closing and negotiating deals
• Occasional off-site prospect meetings
• Support Marketing function

About You

We are looking for someone, ideally with previous experience in a start up environment or a couple of years in a sales role. You should have:

• Evidence of target-driven sales success
• A strong awareness of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or previous experience in the technology sector
• Great networking skills and ability to tap into existing contacts
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to absorb all of the product information and keep up-to-date with product development
• Experience of creating sales collateral
• Ability to track the success of sales channels and suggest new ideas for selling the product
• Running online product demos
• Confident, friendly and tenacious
• Negotiation skills with C-level clients
• Enterprise B2B sales experience
• A self starter mentality

Corporate Business Manager

Andy File Associates Limited are working on behalf of their client as a Recruitment Agency with regards this permanent vacancy.

As the Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and developing a portfolio of key corporate/enterprise accounts. You will be identifying opportunities within new and existing accounts, and developing profitable long term relationships in line with Corporate Solutions’ strategy in order to meet and exceed set revenue targets.

You will also provide support and cover for the Director of Business Development

Description

The Corporate Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Manage and exceed your individual revenue target
  • Proactively sell to current clients and secure new corporate and enterprise clients clients
  • Target range of services to appropriate corporate and enterprise accounts and thus firmly establish the organisation as the preferred supplier
  • Create and implement a strategy for your own accounts and industry sectors working in conjunction with the Director of Business Development

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and develop new accounts for your portfolio
  • Manage your pipeline to forecast sales and marketing opportunities
  • Maintain your own list of named accounts, updating in our content management system, following to conclusion and keeping accurate records / administration

Profile:

  • To be ideal for this role you will be a strong individual with a passion for selling and a track record in over target performance.
  • Strong B2B, corporate and enterprise experience is also key.
  • Proven account management skills and a track record of developing a customer base for clients of this size.
  • You will be competent and comfortable in developing presentations and then presenting these at a board level to corporate and enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the company’s ongoing strategy and vision, mission and core values
  • Ability to measure your own performance, set goals, identify and overcome issues
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills necessary to work with senior decision makers at Board level
  • Thorough understanding of sales methods and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Self-motivated, focused and driven with a strong work ethic
  • Commercial awareness and business focused
  • A Degree or equivalent in Business or IT is advantageous
  • Experience in selling IT products and services is essential

Client Relationship Manager

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

The role:

You will be responsible for working with key decision makers within corporate, SME and public sector clients, selling the full range of our client’s products and services.

Job purpose:

Create a portfolio of long term business, education and Managed Service/ Maintenance Customers, through the prospecting and developing of new opportunities, via outbound sales activity and external customer meetings.

Your duties will be as follows;

  • To demonstrate the ability to identify and manage solution based opportunities including Managed Service, Maintenance and run rate IT equipment supply
  • Engage and liaise with internal departments to deliver competent and effective solutions
  • Manage pipeline and be able to forecast business accurately monthly and quarterly
  • Be able to competently complete face to face meetings with clients
  • Work to achieve and exceed core company metrics
    • Revenue and GP target achievement
    • Buying clients
    • Activity including talk time, appointments, quotes and opportunities
  • Achieve personal and organisational driven objectives
  • To formulate account goals with a view to engaging with all key decision makers across multiple lines of business
  • Engage client with internal partners with a view to owning all Service / Solution opportunities within all key accounts
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reviews
  • Demonstrate the company’s national position through positive PR and canvassing
  • Continually monitor client spend, recognise trends, declines and be able to interpret that information into opportunities

Experience Required

  • Evidence of consistent target over achievement in a sales and client services environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions
  • Good Time Management Skills
  • Be able to demonstrate an on-going interest to learn about and understand IT products and services
