Summary of the role:

• Measure hose cleanliness as required in MiniLab
• Use of CMM in tube shop and by hand
• Investigate and document NCRs using database
• Technically advise as required from drawings
• Customer specific projects (Ability to manage projects)
• Use SAP investigations to support QA Activities
• Tube Manipulation knowledge for Technical investigations
• Checking and inspection of parts to drawings
• Quality Investigations at sub contractor’s premises
• Liaison/visit with customers on quality related issues and implement corrective actions
• Complaints admin/investigation skills
• 8D Reports
• ISIR/PPAP/FAIR reports
• Understanding of production processes
• Ability to gain cooperation working with all levels
• Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy

Experience and Knowledge

• Ability to make decisions based on quality requirements
• Customer contact skills
• SAP working knowledge preferred / Excel / word

Vocational Training required

• 8D reporting format
• ISIR application
• PPAP and FMEA
• C of C use
