• ISO9001:2008 Internal Auditor
• Use of CMM
• Investigate and document NCRs using database
• Technically advise as required for enquiries
• Checking and inspection of parts to drawings
• Ability to manage projects
• Use of SAP investigations
• Quality Investigations
• Liaison with customers on quality related issues
• Complaints admin/ investigation skills
Experience and Knowledge
• Ability to make decisions based on quality requirements

• SAP working knowledge preferred / Excel / word

• ISIR application
• PPAP & FMEA
