This role is to join the Private Sector team, which is focused on delivering software products and services through a global partner network. This includes Lasernet, which has unrivaled integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, NAV, SAP and Infor along with other ERP solutions and delivers business documents in almost any format imaginable. Summary
Headquartered in Stockholm, our client is going through a period of tremendous growth and as a result is looking for an Account Manager to join the Customer Success team. You will join the Customer Success Team and be Commercially responsible for a number of client accounts from the point of ’go live’ onward. Accounts are based in DACH, Benelux & the UK and will be comfortable speaking in English. You will work with existing accounts to ensure they are satisfied with our client’s products and services whilst offering supplementary modules and products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial success of a set of existing clients
- Targeted with recurring revenue growth
- Ability to build empathy and relationships with accounts and colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate our client’s products (following training) focusing on the end client use
- An excellent communicator you will identify opportunities for expansion of use or additional products
- Contribution to Customer Success team communications
- Support the wider team with Partner led account opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential:
- Degree level educated
- Some experience of selling software
- Comfortable communicating to C-Level personas
- Driven by commercial success
- Autonomous worker, happy to work remotely & happy to travel within Europe
- Enthusiasm, passion, self-motivation and Team player
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or other ERPs
Location
- The ability to work at the offices in Nottingham NG7
- The option to work from home once up and running, attending also the office when needed
