Responsibilities

The main objective of the role will be to build rapport and relationships with customers

Description:

Responsible for handling client accounts

Fostering the relationship between the company and the customer as well as handle any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to that client

Liaising frequently with the clientele to assure them of their importance,  building the customers respect and trust in that business

The Account Manager must know how their client’s money is spent, and what service they are receiving

Forwarding documents, information sheets, articles and samples to reassure the customer

An exciting opportunity within the events industry has arisen for a Technical Project Support, you will support the day to day planning and delivery of events. The role is a hands on position with the expectation of working on-site and with a flexible approach to working hours across the week according to the events schedule. As a key member, the primary goal is to ensure that all the needs of the client are clearly understood and planned effectively with the client experience at its core and that service delivery consistently exceeds the customers’ expectations.

Job Role
• To liaise with subcontractors/partners, ensuring they maintain their content within the web-site. Internally liaise with internal services; ensuring that the site is up to date and all current services are available. You will be the primary point of contact for technical queries from exhibitors within the web-shop. This role will also manage the upload and updating of exhibitor information within the site ensuring it acts as a reliable source of current information.
• Maintain up to date database of rates, prices and product ranges for all agreed service partners.
• Support the Technical Project Manager(s) with the event pre-planning and delivery, and manage and operate a portfolio of event services for events of various size and complexity.
• Support and coordinate the on-site service centre, liaising between the event management team and client to secure location of the service centre. Coordinate the resources required to support the service centre, organising and manage all required IT support resources and services as needed etc.
• Manage invoicing process so that all charges are invoiced accurately and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Telemarketing Executive (Exhibitions/Events)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketing Executive to join an award winning company specialising in the design and build of creative and effective exhibition stands.

The role of the Telemarketing Executive is to find new customers with requirements by calling and building exhibitor lists at certain shows to find out if we can quote to build their exhibition stands.

It will be your responsibility to find who is responsible for organising trade shows and exhibition stands. You will need to build prospects lists using excel from show data and find opportunities where we can quote to be their official exhibition stand contractor for that show or any other event. Prospects with a requirement will be qualified and appointments made for the sales team. This may include receiving documentation so that we are included in the selection process such as tenders and RFQ’s.

Skills and Experience
Business minded and self-motivated, you will have an excellent telephone manner and be capable of engaging with senior decision makers regarding their marketing and exhibition programs in an extremely competitive market. Averaging between 50 and 100 calls per day you will be targeted on engaging with clients in excess of 2 hours per day.
Previous B2B telemarketing experience dealing with senior management including owners and directors of blue chip companies you will be a proficient user of LinkedIn premium, CRM and Microsoft Office. An understanding of business, exhibiting, marketing and brand values will be essential. You will need to be robust and capable of handling regular rejection to remain focused and effective.

The candidate will have a proven track record in winning contracts in B2B sector, and excellent presentation skills. To be able to generate sales enquiries and leads by telephone, visiting exhibitions and events, and to use his/her experience to create new sales opportunities.

Duties will include, researching new opportunities, visiting clients to take design briefs, to communicate these to our in-house designers, and to make presentations to the clients. To liaise with all departments within our company, to work closely with our design team, estimator and project managers to ensure the design brief and budget is met.
