I have been really pleased with my experience with Andy File Associates, in particular working with Dan and sorting out my new job. Dan was very friendly and also very professional. He respected my current work situation and never called out of the blue or at a time that wasn’t suitable or while I was in work. He would always text first simply asking for a convenient time to talk. This, in my experience, is the opposite of how other agencies do business – we’ve all been there before….the uncomfortable phone call while you’re at work having to pretend its a friend and asking them to call later! Would thoroughly recommend using Andy File Associates – from day one we were on the same page in respect to my needs and where I wanted to take my career. Dan didn’t waste my time with roles that weren’t suitable and he didn’t pester me trying to go to interview for jobs he knew I wouldn’t be interested in. This was down to a really solid introduction meeting and really nailing down my needs and ambitions. Really happy with how things worked out and I can’t wait to start my new job!
