Sales Order Processor

12 month fixed term contract

Hours: 39 hours per week – 8.30 – 5.00 Monday to Thursday and 4.00 finish on Friday.

Reporting to: Sales Order Processing Team Leader

Purpose of the Role

The main purpose of this role is to process all customer orders accurately and in a timely fashion and ensure customers orders are all acknowledged correctly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders on to in house system
  • Check colleague’s processed orders and send acknowledgements
  • Liaise with Customer Service Advisors to ensure customers’ orders are processed correctly
  • Contact customers regarding queries on orders and file relevant paperwork
  • Ensure records our maintained
