Sales Executive

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent opportunity.

Our client was established in 1953 and are a multi award winning Insurance Broker with
a Head Office in Sheffield and representation throughout the UK. They are one of the top 100
Independent Insurance Brokers in the Country and offer a comprehensive client service including
claims handling and full market access.

In November 2019, they became part of a leading global fleet management company with over 1500 employees
across 15 countries and who are currently ranked 19th in the UK Top Track 100.

Our client is currently seeking ambitious and motivated Sales Executives for a new insurance trading

This is a new role in a newly formed team which will be responsible for promoting our clients’ new
telematics insurance product, both to their existing fuel card customer base and to new prospects

What will you be doing as a Sales Executive:

Manage a personal pipeline of prospects to drive new sales of our insurance products
Follow up on internal and website generated leads
Outbound prospecting to increase your sales pipeline
Manage your day to day activities to achieve set KPIs and targets
Work with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify campaign and support requirements
Manage and set clear expectations to prospects and clients – always look to exceed expectations

What experience / skills is our client looking for:

Previous B2B sales experience – Business fleet services would be ideal
Proven ability to achieve and over-achieve on targets
Strong organisational and motivational skills
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally
A ‘can do’ positive attitude
Strong negotiation skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel
Reliable and able to rapidly establish a high degree of trust and rapport
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good administrative skills
A strong desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings
Team player
