They assist businesses to maintain regulatory compliance, legal representatives provide evidence and expertise to employers to minimise exposure and risk to employees. Our client has a wealth of experience in protecting the health of workers across many industries, carrying out assessments and providing detailed reports. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their thriving company. The goal is to help the company grow by generating business through contacting new customers and exploring the best product options to suit the customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and promoting products over the phone to improve and grow new business, primarily driving business from new customers by fostering and developing relationships.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Essential for the Role:
The applicant must have:
- Telesales Experience 2 years (essential) • Sales Experience 2 years (essential) • Outbound calling (B2B only) • Target Driven with a desire to succeed • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in sales • Industry and standard experience favoured but not necessary (training will be provided) • A drive to seek new business to meet or exceed targets • Taking inbound sales calls • Capability to understand and manage the sales process from start to finish • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A professional manner • Effective Time Management • Ability to work independently, but also be able to leverage resources and engage with the operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service • Excellent IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the CRM system • Use campaign information to contact customers
The work will involve a wide range of responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to close, • Create a network of contacts to understand current and emerging market needs and trends, • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them, • Utilise product and sales training to maximise knowledge of products, features, and value propositions, • Good understanding of current regulations and codes of practice, • Help to plan sales campaigns and discuss promotional strategy and activities The position is suitable for a motivated individual who strives to succeed and can manage time effectively.
