Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

Reports to:        Project Managers/Project Co-Ordinator

Job Purpose:      The primary responsibility of the Project administrator will be the maintenance and administration of works which involve keeping project documentation regularly audited. This includes a variety of tasks, scheduling, planning, systems, maintaining up to date records of events, providing assistance and support to the Project team.

 

Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Closing jobs via client Operating system
  • Operate internal Project management system in full
  • Downloading and distributing job packs / safe digs to teams
  • Noticing the council of advanced works
  • Monitoring operation emails and actioning accordingly
  • Assist management/supervisors with schedule of works
  • Create and complete relevant site documentation / reports
  • Update project trackers
  • Assist with site documentation
  • Subcontractor on boarding
  • Updating and maintaining skills matrix
  • Provide cover across projects as required
  • Subcontractor invoice checks 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledge of project software / CRM – advantage
  • Knowledge of Industry Accreditations i.e. ISO 9001:2015, Street Works, Safe Contractor – advantage
  • Computer Literate Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Excel – Required
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and Product documentation – advantage

Hours

8.30 am – 5.00 pm with 30 min unpaid break for lunch

or alternatively

9.00 am – 5.30 pm with a 30 min unpaid break for lunch

42.5 hours a week to include a 30 min unpaid break each day

Salary : –£19,760 pa
