Job Summary

Our client is looking to recruit a Product Trainer to work as part of their training team. They are looking for a specific type of person that is going to really shine, someone who is eager to work and learn new things, someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

Working with the training team and reporting directly to the Training & Support Manager your duties will include:-

  • Delivering standard product training programmes to customers (remote/classroom).
  • Maintaining customer feedback to support the development of new training content and processes to establish a continuously improving training offering.
  • Maintaining appropriate customer training records.
  • Collaboratively work with the training team to help design course materials and other documents such as hand-outs, manuals, and exercises for customer training.
  • Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate.
  • Supporting the Product Trainer with all training related orders and scheduling.
  • Working with the wider Training and Product teams to remain informed.
  • Assisting with ISO processes and associated tasks.

Essential

You must possess all of the following skills/experience or knowledge to qualify for interview.

  • Hold GCSEs grade C or above in English and Mathematics
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft technologies (Outlook, word, excel & power point)
  • Be incredibly keen and willing to learn new skills
  • Be sociable, friendly, and able to speak to people at all levels
  • Have the confidence to speak in front of groups of people.
  • Be a reliable and enthusiastic individual who is good at time keeping.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport

 

Desirable

  • Experience working with a variety of Microsoft technologies
  • Have some customer service experience
  • Have previous customer service skills / telephone / face to face etc
  • Any transferable skills such as Customer training experience, Presentation skills etc.

Benefits:  Salary commensurate with experience

Holidays: 25 annual days increasing each full year worked, up to 30 days, plus statutory bank holidays
