Part Time Administrator

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this part time fixed term contract position

Our client is looking for an administrator /bookkeeper /all rounder on a part time basis who is able to assist with the following (the list below is not exhaustive).  This role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Bookkeeping/Accounts;

  • Input invoices on to the online system
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Chase outstanding invoices
  • Prepare aged debtors list
  • Collate employee timesheets

Administration;

  • Assist with Health & Safety paperwork
  • General assistance with tender documentation
  • Booking flights/accommodation/diary management

Our client is looking for an individual who can add value to this role, so someone who can help shape the role and bring knowledge/experience gained in previous roles would be of interest

Hours:

Flexible, but around 25-30 hours per week over 4-5 days
