Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy

Our client is a motor and generator manufacturer and is looking for an experienced International Key Account Manager who has a comprehension of engineering (ideally rotating machinery)

Role objective:

Develop and grow our clients business by increasing orders with key accounts

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase order input from existing key account facilities
• Identify and attract business from new business units within the key accounts
• Develop strategic and tactical plans for the key accounts
• Pro-actively identify and develop opportunities for the business
• Provide technical and commercial expertise to customers
• Continuously maintain, report and manage the enquiry/order pipeline
• Provide market insight and contribute to the order forecasting
• Manage both internal and external customer expectations.
• Negotiate with customers to maximize value to the business
• Create strategic visit and communication plans with customers
• Comply with all HSE and Quality standards
• Actively participate in the continuous Improvement initiatives within the business

• Ideally Engineering/Business related Degree, FE/HE qualification or market experience
