ERP Support Technician/Junior Consultant

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an ERP Support Technician to join their team. This role would suit anyone who is looking to transition to an ERP Consultancy role as part of their career progression
About our client
They are a Sheffield based business, specialising in the sale, installation and provision of bespoke solutions for Sage & Oracle NetSuite ERP systems, e-commerce solutions and bespoke development.
In turn their clients are varied and include large London-based and country-wide companies, large online retailers and SMEs. In addition, they have several in-house technologies based on the .NET and PHP platform and e-commerce solutions.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working on a multi-skilled ERP support desk, with the opportunity to work with market-leading solutions and technologies. Experience of providing first-class levels of support for accounting and/or ERP solutions would be preferred, but full training can be provided on the products and solutions we support.
Initially, this role will be primarily based within the support team. Our client is keen to quickly
enable the successful candidate in moving towards a Consultancy based role within their team.
You will utilise your skills to help our client create solutions for their bank of clients. You will
become an integral part of the business’ on-going success by applying your skills, determination
and ambition to all of their projects to ensure their success.

Microsoft Server
Microsoft Client and Windows
Active Directory
Good all-round communication skills and this role is customer facing
Any experience in the following areas would be beneficial but not essential:
Microsoft Exchange
Office 365
Oracle NetSuite
Sage
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft IIS
Salary: Dependent on previous experience – our client offers competitive rates of pay for their
sector.
