Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Agency with regards this permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that all assignments are managed effectively and that there is close communication of information between the shifts
Key Tasks:
• Monitor routine check calls from all officers on static assignments and drivers
• Take booking on and off calls
• Monitor patrol visits to maximise effectiveness
• Deploy drivers in response to alarm activations and incidents
• Coordinate assistance and emergency services to officers when necessary
• Deal with incidents and log all events onto Incident Log
• Issue and receipt of keys
• Issue and return of equipment
• Deal effectively with defective equipment
• Issue and return of vehicles
• Help officers with problems whether work related or otherwise
• Monitor remote CCTV equipment

• IT skills sufficient to operate Timegate and Remote Monitoring equipment
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Knowledge of the business and its processes

• Knowledge of the area where we work
• Knowledge of working on assignments and the problems which can be encountered
• Use of CCTV qualification
Night time work and will be within a team of 2 or 3 but there are also mobile supervisors and patrolmen who work out of the office as a hub.
