Role Summary
The main job function is outlined below. The employee is required to perform such other duties as the Company may require from time to time and which are in the reasonable opinion of the Company appropriate to and consistent with the position.
The Contract Renewal Assistant (CRA) is responsible for securing existing customers on new 3 to 5 year term contracts. They are responsible for engaging and communicating with the customer the key benefits of entering a new long-term contract for their Agility solution.
The CRA seeks to gain a good understanding of the customer, their needs and prepare proposals that outline the measurable, quantified outcomes the customer should aim to achieve as a direct result of any investment with the company.

Reports to CCO who in turn reports to Group CEO

Key Working Relationships
Acts as main contact for all customer interactions working closely with the Commercial Team, PS, Support, and Finance (Accounts)
Main Responsibilities and Process Management
•    Key responsibility is to secure existing customers on new long term contracts
•    Work closely with the relevant Account Manager to gain an understanding on the customer position and any background information that will support the engagement with the customer
•    Engage with the customer via phone, email and teams to discuss the contract
•    Makes sure customers receive new contracts in a timely fashion
•    Maintain contact to ensure the new signed contract is secured
•    Maintains a watching brief to uncover new revenue opportunities and briefs the Account Manager accordingly
•    Keep records of prospect interactions and transactions in the CRM

Personal Specification
In order to be successful in this role the individual will be able to demonstrate the following skills and characteristics
•    Excel at communicating over the phone, via email, and across teams and be  comfortable addressing a broad range of contacts up to and including C-suite executives
•    Proven track record engaging with customers, ideally with respect to contracts in the technology sector
•    Previous experience in a commercial / sales role would be beneficial
•    The ability to understand the customer’s business, their goals and priorities
•    They must be able to juggle many moving parts and potentially orchestrate attractive contract terms in conjunction with the Account Manager and CCO
•    Demonstrate confidence and command respect from both their customers and co-workers
•    Communicate the value of the company offerings both strategically and financially to customers
•    Have excellent MS Office skills and comfortable using a CRM

Measures of Success
A successful employee in this role will demonstrate their success through the following KPIs.
New long term contracts secured with existing customers  – volume and value to be determined
Maintaining and growing the annual support revenues for EMEA
Identification of additional revenue opportunities within the customer base


Flexible hybrid working

Hours of work:  37.5 (Monday – Friday) 9.00 – 5.30pm (flexible working hours possible)

Holidays: 25 days (plus 1 day extra per year up to max 30)
