Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent  position

Objective: To maintain an organised and efficient working environment for all aspects of our client’s Sales and Production Office.  Our client would like someone who is flexible, organised, reliable and has the ability to work under pressure in this manufacturing unit.

Proven experience in an office environment with strong keyboard skills (Min 30 wpm) and experience with the MS office suite (word/excel/outlook)

SAP Experience would be a distinct advantage

Maintain an orderly filing system for all office documentation, both manually and electronically

Answering telephone calls and re-directing where appropriate

Order PPE and office/shop floor consumables

Update STOP list, including contacting customers

Booking FEDEX/TNT/DPD as appropriate

Carriage quotes

Sales order input from OEM Schedule

Release orders to the shop floor from OEM Schedule

Supplier Invoice Verification

Supplier Statements

Process OEM (Sandvik) Invoices

Resolve Purchase Invoice Discrepancies

Order Office Stationary

HR Administration

Organise service of equipment, facilities inspections, repairs and maintain records (including calibration documentation)

Issue credit/debit notes
