Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this temp to perm vacancy.

Supervising a team of trade staff and labour working on void property refurbishments, this will include but not limited to the following:-

• Stripping out old tenants items/belongings and disposing of them
• Making good to old disturbed building fabric
• Painting out properties
• Cleaning properties
• Boxing’s – new kitchens – new bathrooms – the aforementioned are limited and not extensive
• Testing electrics – periodic tests
• Remediation works to failed electric tests including cat 2 and 3 works
• Lock changes
• Break-ins/ evictions

Experience and ability required:

• Trade background
• Familiar with SOR codes
• Ability to survey properties on IPad utilising SOR codes
• Ability to undertake pre inspection of works and determine works required to bring up to let-able standard
• Good communication with both client and workforce
• Ability to direct workforce
• Familiar with Excel and Word
