Quality Assurance Administrator

An exceptional opportunity in a fast growing international company for an experienced Quality Assurance Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintenance of Quality  Management System data capture KPI processes
  • A ISO9001:2015 accredited Company
  • Co-ordinate and assist internal quality audits
  • Co-ordinate and manage quality related meetings
  • Create and distribute QMS and product related reports
  • Distribute quality policies and processes
  • Manage the company Non Conformance Report and defect escalation processes to include progressing internal , external supplier and customer Return Management Authorisation defects)
  • Provide assistance / guidance to company personnel regarding the QMS
  • QMS document control administration
  • Manage and develop the Company Preventive Maintenance program
  • Manage the company customer satisfaction process
  • Monitoring Company training records

Experience, skills, knowledge and abilities

  • Experience with working and enforcing quality assurance policies and processes in a small / mid sized company with an existing and developing QMS
  • Ability to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement in a QMS
  • Well developed analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Well developed interpersonal skills with the capacity to gain co-operation and support of company departments and their personnel
  • Demonstrate experience and skills in managing multiple activities
  • With help of others the ability to satisfactorily resolve QMS issues in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of manufacturing business systems (MRP) and related processes would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visco, Power Point and Access

Fabrication Foreman

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Agency with regards this permanent position.

Fabrication Foreman required by our client who predominately works within structural steel.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Day to day management of the shop floor staff (currently 14). plus agency workers during peak periods.
Production planning.
Quality assurance and client liaison.
Working closely with the Managing Director with regards purchasing, stock and distribution.
Health and safety responsibilities.

Essential experience:

Management of fabrication staff
Production planning
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Health and safety responsibilities
