Objective of the role
To administer the smooth operation of Quality routine tasks to satisfy customer requirements. Organising the flow of the work in the department to ensure actions are taken to answer customer complaints.
Job Description for Quality Administrator
- Generating orders for replacements
- Logging onto database
- Sending acknowledgements of non conformance to customers
- Raising credits for non conforming parts
- Arranging transport for collection of non conforming parts
- Organisation of returns of products
- Liaison with suppliers/customers
- Typing reports to customers on Quality matters
Skills and Experience

- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills, and able to work under pressure
- Written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge
- Word & Excel, good keyboard skills
- SAP experience an advantage, training given
- Experience of working within a production environment an advantage
