A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Travel Executive to join my global event management company! My client is looking for someone to manage all travel related elements including flight, rail and hotel, both in the office and live at events as required.
The role
– Research travel options for client enquiries using all internal systems
– Propose and present travel information to team and internal clients
– To book travel and accommodation arrangements for employees / clients including flights, taxi’s and hotel reservations and rail in line with budgetary guidelines
– Manage and action all group travel related requests and requirements
– Manage all individual and group flight deadlines
– Liaison with internal teams and with external suppliers
– Full knowledge of supporting in-house systems
– Perform in a manner consistent with IATA and ATOC regulations
– To attend familiarisation visits and supplier presentations
– To assist in the monitoring of expenditure on travel for project teams
– To attend project team meetings
– To ensure relevant documents are forwarded to travellers e.g. flight confirmations
– To assist with the completion of monthly reports and that the back office system is fully updated with all booking made on a daily basis
– Negotiate group rates and cost savings with suppliers
– Financial management of all travel documentation

An opportunity has arisen to join a multinational creative agency with a number of offices across the world as 3D Creative Lead.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and freelancers reporting directly into the commercial director, turning initial briefs into completed customer engaging experiences, ensuring clients’ visions are maintained and projected in the creative outcome.
You will;
• Develop high levels of creativity in concepts and designs across the spectrum of projects;
• Address the views of others at the design stage without compromising the creative idea;
• Understand the clients’ needs and brand values when working on briefs;
• Ensure all work meets the company’s standards resulting in winning and maintaining customers, with accurate records of work undergone to support quality control;
• Understand the designs standards of competitors to ensure ours is sustained and exceeds that of competitors;
• Attend events and exhibitions to feedback the current industry trends and creative ideas to ensure we remain competitive in our 3D designs;
• Work to budgets and review project time and costs to become more effective in our work;
• Liaise and meet with clients and internal meetings to present designs, from pitching through to delivery;
• Plan own workloads, as well as working with the Studio Manager in distributing work appropriately;
• Continue to develop latest techniques and tools to produce creative work;
• Be proficient in studio software such as Vectorworks and Cinema 4D;
• Guide and mentor junior members of the creative team, providing inspiration and guidance to result in high quality, competitive outputs.
