Our Home Counties based client is a creative, dynamic company with an international client portfolio who is looking for a Creative Artworker to join their studio.

The role

  • To provide highly creative and conceptual designs, within budget.
  • Prepare print ready for artwork
  • Ability to work within a team but also able to work on your own initiative.
  • To provide creative input when involved in new business pitches.
  • Ability to time manage and work across multiple projects.
  • To attend client presentations and briefings as required – Pitching conceptual design and creative ideas, engaging existing and new clients in order to ‘win’ new business.
  • Work as a team player across 3D, 2D and CAD.
  • A passionate team player, who is idea driven with the capability to deliver their concepts with pride and passion.
  • A master in Adobe Creative Suite, possess a sound knowledge of print processes, comfortable working under pressure, and someone who thrives in a fast paced studio.
  • Experience in exhibition/large format graphics or similar is desirable, but not essential.
  • Digital experience would be an advantage.

Graphic Designer (Exhibitions/Events)

Andy File Associates Limited are working on behalf of their client as a Recruitment Agency with regards this permanent vacancy.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s fast-growing creative team. You will demonstrate imagination and creative flair in the design and production of large and small format graphics for exhibition projects. You will be expected to work on a wide scale of projects from concept to completion, attend meetings and briefings and support projects on site all over the world.

The role
– Prepare print ready files
– Quality control accountability for key print projects
– Think independently whilst managing the artwork submits of individual clients
– Design consistent solutions for print such as large format graphics, signage, banners, logo and vinyl graphics and other exhibition collateral
– Work with detailers/CAD technicians to interpret CAD drawings for graphic production
– Maintain documentation and file storage of print files, proofs and approvals
– Manage work flow and produce work to deadlines
– Development of compelling presentations in response to client briefs and new business opportunities
– Collating content for case studies
– Communicate budget and lead times of individual print projects
– Share graphic best practice, skills and knowledge with the wider design team
– Develop working relationships with a core team of print suppliers and provide interface between suppliers and 3D Designers and Project Managers
– Actively engage in continuous improvement, ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager
– Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company

Skills and Experience
– Experience and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite applications and Microsoft Powerpoint
– Knowledge of 3D software desirable
