Installation Labourer

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this temporary position.

Our client is looking for a CSCS Labourer to help with an installation of high spec wooden playground equipment throughout the UK. This role will working away and back at the weekend. The client will cover accommodation.   Food/refreshments are paid as a subsistence at £10 per day if not staying away and £25 per day if an overnight stop is required paid weekly. 

– Experience of manual ground working, use of hand and power tools

– Experience of working to high standards of health and safety on site

– Must have CSCS card

– Ideally having a driving licence to share the driving responsibilities

About the role

By joining the graduate development programme, you will work closely with the senior management team who are responsible for driving the business forward. The scheme will support the development of your skills, knowledge and experience.

Over the 18 month – two year development programme, you will work within different areas of the business to give you a greater understanding of how each area of the business operates and interlinks to create and sustain an industry leading business. You will have real responsibility and receive the support to get your career off to a great start.

You will have the opportunity to work on live projects/contracts and to learn from a host of experienced managers. You will be based at our client’s office near Sheffield, but will also work on projects at internationally recognised sporting venues for some of the biggest names in sport. Our client’s development programme recognises the importance of giving meaningful and challenging work, so you can expect to be immersed in real activities and given responsibilities from the outset. At the end of the scheme, there will be the opportunity to move into a permanent role. You and our client’s senior management team will select an area of the business in which you will undertake your next phase of your career, depending on your skill sets and the business requirements.

Who our client is looking for

To be considered for our client’s graduate programme, you will have:

  • a degree ideally 2:2 or above, preference will be given to business or industry related subjects
  • Ideally, experience in a sports turf/farming/construction/engineering environment

Excavator Driver/Groundworker

Andy File Associates Limited are working on behalf of our client as a Recruitment Business with regards this temporary to permanent contract.

Excavator Driver / Groundworker Required

To work as part of an installation team on various sites throughout the UK. The successful applicant must also be willing to assist with the groundwork duties as well excavating.

The locations can vary as from the South Coast to the North of Scotland but transport, food and accommodation is provided. 80/90% of the time the work involves working away from home.

Full pay is paid for all travel time.
