Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor where you will be providing customer care for one of their prestigious client accounts.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will ideally have :
– Previous experience in customer care or a customer contact environment
– Professional telephone manner
– Excellent communication skills and customer care skills
– Strong IT skills and experience
Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 40 hrs paid a week between 8am – 5:30pm

The role is field based visiting customers predominantly in the areas of Doncaster/ Scunthorpe/ Worksop / Retford and parts of Wakefield.
Summary of the role:
To regularly visit and liaise with customers to ensure their satisfaction with all aspects of services.
* To achieve customer retention and sales targets
* Seek out further business developments opportunities
* Build long term relationships
* Presentations to clients on products and services
* To liaise closely with the customer service team
* Reporting to Customer Service Manager
* To carry out duties as laid down in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 / 1401
* Update customer data base records utilising the AS400 CRM system
* To forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary
* To keep accurate and updated records
Ideal Candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of dealing with customers face to face
* Able solve queries efficiently and effectively
* Experience of working in the manufacturing , Safety Clothing, Tool Hire, Food or hygiene services industries would be advantageous
Good organisational skills and commitment, with the willingness to grow and develop with the company
* Commission based on KPI’S
*Holidays : 22 days – rising after 2 years service
