Andy File Associates Limited are currently recruiting for a Labourer Driver on behalf of our Facilities Management Client to undertake the refurbishment of Social Housing void properties in the Leicester area.
- Loading and unloading lorry, taking the items from the Void houses needing to be disposed to the designated dump sites
- To place the old units and waste packaging in designated area for disposal
- To ensure the work preparation area is kept clean and tidy
- To coordinate with the site contact on planned work and progress updates
Experience:
In similar type of manual work
to start in January 2018, 18 month contract
Required experience:
- General Labour
- Driving
Required licences or certifications
- UK Drivers License
Hours : 8.00am – 4.30pm , 40 hours per week / (subject to throughout works may be able to offer additional hours)
Pay Rates
- For PAYE = £9.00 – £10.00 dependent on experience
