Overview:

Our client is looking for a New Business Lead Generator, you will be part of the team who are responsible for the generation of New Business opportunities to drive growth to all areas within the business in line with the company’s overall business strategy. You will be expected to generate, actively manage and qualify all leads which will be presented to our New Business Development Team who will then complete the sales process, present to the customer and complete the sale. You will be expected to identify opportunities where a new client is looking to either make the transition to outsource their IT service requirements or to replace an existing provider as well as looking for opportunities where a customer is looking to transition to cloud technology.

Areas of responsibility

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to identify and generate a pipeline of new and relevant business opportunities through a range of methods including data provided/ LinkedIn etc
• Develop new sales opportunities, generating fully qualified high quality leads and/or sales appointments to ensure that the team target is met.
• Increasing the efficiency of the pipeline by operating an effective qualification method for all new opportunities
• Effectively manage the transition from sales lead to prospect
• Maintain and manage the lead generation within the CRM.
• Have a good understanding of the business value model in order that you can have high level conversations with business owners and directors to identify opportunity and articulate effectively the partnership values of the company and identify MSP, recurring revenue and solutions opportunities.
• Plan, manage and report on all activities in a timely manner.

Our client, one of the UK’s largest metals and plastics stockholders based in Gateshead, are now seeking an Internal Salesperson for their signage division.

It is the Internal Salesperson’s responsibility to achieve an annual gross profit target from every allocated customer, negotiating and agreeing terms which maximise the return on the resources employed. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities and establishing new business to ensure ongoing growth of the customer base and gross profit generation.

Key Accountabilities:
Meet or exceed the gross profit target from each allocated customer by being proactive with all allocated customers and maintain ongoing sales activity.
You will be able to negotiate payment terms with allocated accounts to try to improve the return on investment. Also ensure total account penetration to maximise other sales opportunities

Control stock levels of customer special items within the limits agreed and regularly discuss and review with customers any contract call off order.
Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within the timescale agreed.
You will also be responsible for quoting customers for their requirements promptly and within the timescales agreed either converting immediately into an order or recording clearly for future reference. Sourcing material to satisfy orders or enquiries within timescales agreed. Follow up previous quotations in an organised manner converting into an order or establishing and recording the reasons why lost.

You must be proactive and seek out opportunities adapting your sales technique and style as necessary building rapport and customer relationships.
Be able to use ‘trade offs’ to negotiate when buying and selling ensuring best return on investment.
You will have a good track record in sales and negotiation together with excellent communication, administration, numeracy and IT skills.

Our client is a leading name in their industry and has been since being founded in 2007. They are looking for a professional telesales executive to join their already successful team.

Hours: 20 hours a week.
Monday – Friday – 10am – 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to develop sales from existing leads and develops opportunities,
• Ideally experience of selling products and solutions to a wide range of industries,
• Ensure that new opportunities are created and actively promote products,
• Keep the bespoke CRM system updated,

They are currently recruiting for an Event Industry Sales Consultant to liaise with a wide variety of customers. Training will be provided to tailor the individuals approach. This is a customer focused sales role with real variety and the opportunity to develop.

Clients include Google, Virgin, Event Hire Industry, Government bodies, councils, military and branches of the emergency services along with many local and national individuals and businesses.
