Our client is looking for an administrator to work in the Tube Manipulation Department as Manufacturing Support.
SUMMARY
• Creation of quotations
• Creation of codes for SAP
• Produce daily KPI Reports
• Ensure all production orders are released in line with MRP requirements and passed to Material Handlers in date /requirement order
• Amendments to routing where required
• Creating and maintaining BOMs
• Releasing production orders
• Assist the quotations Team with tubular product quotes/feasibility
• Control all sub contract processes, daily in/out and supplier communication
• Assist production office manager in all aspects of product checking and pass off
• Material availability reporting to the Production Manager and Purchasing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Product knowledge

• Use of SAP/Word/Excel an advantage

Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Generation of business through the conversion of enquiries into order
Development of key accounts and customer partnerships
Maximisation of profit and added value opportunities

Duties:
Generating enquiries
Providing estimates
Producing quotations
Quotation follow-ups and order closing
Developing a customer base
Customer liaison through telephone contact and customer visits if applicable
Canvassing / cold calling
Market research
Maintaining customer records
Generate order acknowledgments
Undertake sales order review procedure
Create materials conversion paperwork as required
General liaison with production control and order progressing
Other reasonable duties and instructions issued by line manager

Hours of Work:
8.15 – 4.30 Monday to Friday with 45 mins for lunch, with occasional changes to 9.15 – 5.30 where required.
