This is an exciting chance to join a busy and expanding Conveyancing team working for our client, a well established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham.
This role is Office based with 1 Working from Home day for title checks and focus work.

Hours of work: :Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time)
Overview of the role:
Residential:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism
Commercial:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
- Commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
- Lease renewals, assignments and variations
- Acting for landlords and tenants
- Commercial property refinancing
- Dealing with lenders, agents, solicitors and other third parties
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing regular updates
- Supporting the continued growth of the firm's commercial property department
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be committed to delivering a high-quality client service
Highly Advantageous if:
- You also have experience in unregistered, Shared Ownership and dealing newbuilds etc but not essential.
- Have a referrer following but not essential
