Tim Garrod - Recruitment Partner

With over 20 years’ experience, Tim works in conjunction with Andy File Associates to share his wealth and knowledge, particularly recruitment within the technical and engineering industry.


 

Andy and Tim have a strong working history. Andy played a part at the start of Tim’s journey into recruitment 19 years ago after carrying out Tim’s induction at Spring Personnel. Since then, Tim worked his way up the career ladder from consultant to branch manager, successfully leading several flagship Spring Personnel branches across Yorkshire.

Tim is an avid mountain biker and currently runs a local youth football team.
