Rebecca began her career in sales before transitioning into recruitment, where she quickly established herself as a trusted advisor. Her ability to build relationships and understand people has been central to her success and progression to Senior Associate level.
Rebecca has a broad range of experience across multiple sectors, with particular expertise in aligning candidates’ strengths, motivations, and career goals with the right business. Passionate about acting as a vital link between clients and candidates.
She takes time to truly understand each candidate’s needs, strengths, and motivations, while also gaining an in-depth understanding of her clients’ businesses, industries, and workplace cultures to ensure the best possible match.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband family and Shih Tzu Bella , dining out, indulging in a bit of retail therapy, and exploring her interest in Art & Interior design.
