This month, we’re proud to be supporting local grassroots talent at Dronfield Rugby Club, celebrating players who embody commitment, community spirit, and a genuine love for the game. We are sponsoring Joe Farrell, smiling away with Andy, whose dedication on and off the pitch reflects everything grassroots sport represents. Backing players like Joe isn’t just about the sponsorship, it’s about investing in the future of local rugby, strengthening community ties, and recognising people who give the sport its heart. As a business Andy File Associates Ltd have helped players find work with recent successes with a perm placement of one of our graduates and an ongoing temp placement for one of the young lads who’s progressed from the Colts into the Stags (2nd team). We are also proud to be sponsoring Jamie Peacock MBE – England Rugby League legend and leadership speaker at next year’s FORGE event. We had such a great time this year sponsoring Damian Hughes that we decided to do it all over again next year! Next year's event is taking place at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield on 13th & 14th May 2027 and we are already looking forward to it!

It is the go-to annual business exhibition that provides South Yorkshire businesses the opportunity to gain valuable connections and growth opportunities across the Barnsley and Rotherham region.
