This month, we have FINALLY gotten around to celebrating our amazing last year with a team meet up in Harrogate. The Orchid (great choice Anne) was amazing, the company, the taster menu and the cocktails! What a great day.
This month we also want to highlight the breadth of geographical locations that we recruit and place people in. Yes, we are based in Sheffield, and the majority of our work brings us to Sheffield and the surrounding areas, but we have a national reach. We are currently recruiting for businesses in Lymington, Hampshire, all the way up to Cottingham near Hull. So don’t think we wouldn’t be able to help based on where you are located, we can find you a new candidate or new role wherever you are!

Events
Last month was the Chamber Means Business Event at the AESSEAL New York Stadium, Rotherham. We had such a great time and if you haven’t seen it already, please see our draw for Bryn’s Gin raffle and everyone that was happy to pose in a hi-vis for our LinkedIn. Really great to see Dan and Steve again as well.
This month we had another one, the unLTD Business Expo at Magna Science Adventure Centre. Bringing together businesses, entrepreneurs, decision-makers and professionals from across Sheffield, Rotherham and the wider South Yorkshire region for a day of networking, learning and opportunity.
It was another great day with some business gained. Two new roles in and one more pending. Very productive!
Leading on from the Chamber Means Business Expo
Jess attended the marketing seminar and brought information back to the Team.
Main take aways being:
Consistency: in posting on social media and in your business’ voice
Personability: make content employer/employee lead and always be yourself in videos

Jess loves natural content, but as a business, we also think there’s definitely a place for AI, especially within back office systems.
