Client Feedback
This month we spoke to Alexa Greaves, CEO of AAG IT Services. Andy and Alexa discussed their 17-year professional relationship and the growth of AAG IT Services.
Key takeaways from the discussion:
Business Growth: AAG IT Services began 16 years ago as a small team of 6 or 7. It has since grown to a team of 40, shifting its focus from hardware/software reselling to managed IT services with over £3.5 million in recurring revenue contracts.
Recruitment & Culture: Alexa highlights the importance of cultural fit in hiring. She praises our recent hires like Ben and Sam for not just filling a role, but challenging processes and contributing to the business's evolution.
Upcoming Initiatives: AAG IT Services is hosting an event in September focused on automation and AI. The goal is to help businesses optimize internal processes to work smarter and allow employees to focus on more fulfilling tasks (Please see ‘Events’ below).

Events
Next month is AAG's AI/Automation event. It will highlight how rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and data science are transforming geographic research and practice. The symposium will explore foundational theories, emerging concepts, advanced methods, and cutting-edge tools that harness cyberGIS (cyber-based geographic information science and systems) and spatial AI and data science to expand the frontiers of geographic knowledge and address pressing global challenges such as aging infrastructure, biodiversity loss, and food and water insecurity. By fostering integration across AI, data science, cyberGIS, spatial analytics, and many related application domains, the symposium seeks to advance methodological frontiers, stimulate theoretical thinking, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration that drives new discovery and innovation in geography and related fields.

Here are some other great reviews from this month:
· Really good company. They were so friendly. Got back to me straight away. Helped me with everything, which made the process so easy. And I got a job from my first application. Really happy ☺️
· I met Andy at a networking event earlier this year. I was in the market for a new role and Andy took the time to understand my circumstances and take this back to his team. Anne contacted me to understand more about my circumstances, aspirations and salary expectations. Anne took this away and came back to me with a brilliant opportunity that she felt I was right for. The communication was brilliant from Anne with regular updates and sincerity. I cannot speak highly enough of Andy, Anne and the team. They ensure that the right people are partnered with the right organisations. The attention to detail and sincerity really stood out for me. Thank you so much for all your help and support in my time of need. This opportunity I cannot thank you enough for.
Thank you for reading and bring on September!
