Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards to this part-time, permanent opportunity.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable estate agency providing accompanied viewings on Saturday mornings. This role would suit a reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and meeting members of the public.
This position is for one morning per week, typically Saturdays, with hours ranging from 1 to 6 hours depending on property viewings scheduled. A minimum of 4 hours will be paid regardless of hours worked.
Hours:
Saturdays only (morning)
1–6 hours per week (minimum 4 hours paid)
Pay:
£12.75 per hour
Mileage:
Mileage paid for use of own vehicle
Important Requirement:
Applicants must have their own vehicle and must have business use insurance cover in place.
Duties include:
- Conducting accompanied property viewings on behalf of the estate agent.
- Meeting prospective buyers at properties and showing them around in a professional manner.
- Providing basic information about the property where required.
- Ensuring all properties are securely locked and left in a safe condition after viewings.
- Collecting, managing, and returning keys securely.
- Reporting any issues or concerns regarding properties immediately.
- Representing the estate agency in a polite, professional and trustworthy manner at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own vehicle with business use insurance cover.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working alone and responsible for key holding duties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
