Jess initially completed work experience with the team at Andy File Associates 12 years ago and after going off to University and enjoying student life, she then came back to us as our Recruitment Administrator and has worked full time with us since July 2022.
She has considerable experience in all things administration and organises all our social media as well. Jess is motivated by providing an essential support to Andy and the team and has a good understanding of the business and of our clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Jess volunteers for the national trust as a Ranger, enjoys to crochet and loves spending time with friends and family, not forgetting her cats Gizmo and Milo. She also likes walking, especially on the beach, which is close but not close enough, anything outdoorsy is a win!
