The role

New Business – working with Senior Account Manager and Client Services Director to put together high profile/budget pitches ensuring they meet the client requirements and are in line with brand.

Project Management – full responsibility on delivery of small and medium sized projects

Content Development – inspiring creativity and emotional engagement. Organising and facilitating creative meetings, enabling and overseeing creative content solutions for videos & events and supporting material for projects.

The role

– Lead the account team in the preparation of RFPs and proposals

– Liaise with client and internal teams to develop a detailed brief to develop Creative Service response to competitive and non-competitive briefs

– Define the strategic direction of a project

– Leading the Creative Services input across departments including Production, Communications and Creative

– Client pitch/presentations and follow-up for new and existing accounts

– Develop and grow client relations with senior stakeholders with the aim of delivering a wider range of services to our customers

– Creation of event agenda and session design

– Working with senior/ board level stakeholders to develop accurate briefs and communicate appropriately the requirements to respective teams

– Manage content creation with internal and external resources

– Manage client’s timelines with clear and regular communication, working alongside project deliverables

– Manage all pre-event client communication

– Develop studio work flow 2D and 3D with Creative Service Manager for each project

– To understand and advise the technical needs by project

– Ensure delivery of all events in accordance with regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines

– Site inspections and undertake planning meetings with all suppliers

– Main client contact for live event programme with overall responsibility for producing on-site event

– Maximise profitability of projects operated – including supplier negotiation and up-selling of additional services to clients

The role
– Drive ideas generation and creative brainstorming on projects
– Lead creative interpretation and creative direction of new and existing event creatives
– Concept generation and development of new event themes and identities
– Creative direction of work, ensuring quality, tone and appropriateness creative delivery
– Undertake the creative design and development of live, print, digital assets to exceptionally high standards
– Creating attendee storyboards including idea generation for live engagement activities and initiatives to support innovative content delivery
– Support and mentoring of the creative team, sharing knowledge and understanding of the industry, contributing to development of staff
– Create visually engaging stories and narratives, translating these into compelling creative presentations and client proposals
– Face to face presentation of proposals to internal stakeholders and clients
– Supporting Head of Creative in delivering creative influence and initiatives across the business
– Promotion of creativity and creative thinking across the business, including creative capabilities and the championing of new and innovative design trends, technologies

Skills and Experience
– Qualified with a degree, or equivalent, in Graphic Design or a related subject
– Industry and creative lead experience working within a creative or event agency is required
– Highly creative concept development skills with the knowledge and ability to communicate ideas and their application clearly, across live, print and digital channels
– An exceptional ability to translate creative concepts with finesse into outstanding creative design collateral
– In-depth understanding/experience of developing innovative attendee engagement tactics
– Highly adept in the holy-trinity of design software packages, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design
– A good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Muse and/or similar tools
– Highly versed in creative systems, processes and best practice for the technical development of both print and digital outputs
– An excellent communicator with the ability to develop engaging narratives and compelling visual rationales that drive creative proposals
– Excellent presentation development skills using PowerPoint and Keynote
– Strength and confidence in ability to present proposals face-to-face to business leaders and clients
– A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

CAD Designer (Exhibitions/Events)

Our London based client is a creative, dynamic company with an international client portfolio who is looking for a CAD Designer to join them from the exhibitions industry to produce detailed fabrication drawings and general layouts for clients’ presentations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing initial/concept layouts all the way through design refinement, to technical manufacturing drawings whilst keeping designs within budget.

You will support the Senior Project and Account Managers to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. You will need to liase directly with clients to discuss amendments, additions to briefs and approvals along with presenting a final concept.

Demonstrable skills:
• Experience within Exhibitions/Events is essential.
• AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Illustrator and Studio Max
• Extensive understanding of fabrication methods and materials
• 3D knowledge is an advantage
